Paysolo EOOD provides crypto-asset services under the transitional arrangements of Article 143(3) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and has applied to the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP). Paysolo is not yet authorised under MiCA.
Paysolo partners with various licensed European Payment Institution providers and availability of certain services may vary depending on national regulations and partner policies.
